Lifestyle problems
Disease can come after many years if enough things have happened, which have been neglected because no one was aware they were happening. Symptoms are our friend, it is the only way the body can communicate to us that there is something wrong. Ignoring symptoms, finding them annoying or masking them with painkillers, for example, can lead to deeper illness. We do not ignore our engine light on the car dashboard when it is indicating there's something wrong, we check where the fault is coming from and get it fixed.
Imbalances
Every simple thing that happens to us, from tripping up a step to over-eating the wrong foods, to having an argument, can cause imbalances in the individual's body/mind/energy. Most of the time the imbalances are minor, so there may be no noticeable effect on health or well being. But, if they are neglected or ignored on a daily basis and allowed to accumulate they can lead to compensations.
2. Compensations
When imbalances accumulate, the body has to compensate for them. The bodys’ mechanisms are a masterpiece of the designed ability to adapt and make the best of any given situation. It is unlikely that these will cause serious problems, perhaps just a feeling of being a little bit under par and mild vague symptoms. If these compensations are also allowed to accumulate, they usually lead to functional changes.
3. Changes in Function
If functional changes occur, discomfort and pain of some kind usually are present. This may not be enough to cause the individual to go for professional help. The chances are they may shrug it off, and hope it will go away. Things usually do, don't they? But, and if they don't, symptoms like, bad skin, indigestion, headaches, back pain, neck ache, and stiff shoulders may be experienced however nothing that a few over counter painkillers will get rid of. Or will they? And if they don't go away debilitating symptoms can arise, or the imbalance may remain buried. Some diseases never show until they are very advanced.
4. Persistent Problems
Then the problem persists, and gradually get worse and increase in severity. But they can be lived with, or maybe help should be sought. Perhaps next week if it is still the same. So the symptoms persist.
5. Treating the Symptoms
Modern advertising for over counter medication is not permitted to offer a cure in most countries. They are only allowed by low, to offer relief from the symptoms. We are subjected daily to this way of thinking, wanting pills, lotion and potions to make it go away. It is rare for reasons to be looked for, responsibility taken, or lifestyle changes to be suggested and accepted.
6. Pathological Changes
when there are many imbalances and changes within the blood this is called disease. Often this does not show in the blood until the problem is deeply rooted. Most diseases, but not all, cause great pain and distress in their advanced stages.
