The Whole Body Approach: MCPE

Every ailment or condition experienced by a person has a mental component, biochemical factors, musculoskeletal compensations, and energy disturbances. Through Kinesiology, we look at all of these components to get to the root cause of a problem and know how best to treat it.

M = THE MENTAL/EMOTIONAL REALM

The way we think immediately affects our immune system, negatively or positively. It affects our body much more than we realise. Shock, disappointment, arguments, depression, all have an instant effect on us. Upset emotion disorientates the energy of the body and its ability to function at its best.

C = DIETARY AND CHEMICAL FACTORS

The environment we live in, polluted air, the quality of water we drink, medication, drugs, and the food we eat, can either be a creative and supportive force, or a very destructive one.  We can either ingest needed, vital nutrients, which are absorbed by the body and used to increase our vitality, or we can slowly but surely poison ourselves.

P = STRUCTURAL CONSIDERATION

Bones, muscles, exercise, rest, and how we sleep; Our physical body has a big effect on how we feel emotionally or energetically. Ideally, we want to be in a place where we don't “feel” our body, meaning experiencing everyday life without pain, discomfort, or itchiness.

E = LIFE FORCE ENERGY IMBALANCES

Energy, Chi, prana, acupuncture meridians, auras, and chakras; Our energy, life force, must be free-flowing to allow optimum efficiency. Any blockage in any part of the body creates resistance to energy flow. Electromagnetic radiation from telephones, television and transmitters all radiate energy, which is a stress to human beings.
