What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is muscle biofeedback, which makes the subconscious stresses and imbalances within the body observable. Kinesiology means “the study of movement”, and is an academic discipline studying the movement of the body and how the body moves.
In muscle monitoring, biofeedback takes the form of a change in muscle response to varying types of inputs. The muscle response can indicate both the type of information that is needed and the factor or factors blocking this information flow. Information feedback can take the form of verbal content, structural imbalance, psycho-emotional imbalance, and even spiritual imbalance. Most of our physical, emotional, and mental processing occurs outside of our consciousness; therefore, imbalances within these systems remain largely unknown to our conscious mind. Kinesiology provides a tool to bridge this gap between the conscious and the subconscious, making subconscious stresses overtly observable.
Kinesiological muscle testing can reveal where the bio-computers, which control all bodily functions at an electro-magnetic level, are out of tune. Kinesiology is a potent and remarkable system that enables a practitioner to work with a wide range of issues. While it can work exceedingly well with the diffusion of emotional stress, it may work equally well with the elimination of muscular pain and weakness. It can also be effective in the elimination of allergies and food sensitivities, as well as loosening the grip of self-destructive habits such as obsessions and addictions.
Symptoms are a sign that there is an underlying imbalance that the body wants you to pay attention to. However, often the root of the problem is in a completely different area to where you experience the symptoms, which can make it difficult to know how to treat. Using muscle testing, we find and correct these imbalances using a range of techniques including nutrition, lymphatic massage, emotional therapy, and energetic balancing.
